NOVARE GREAT NORTH is the promoter of the “Win a VIP Shopping Spree”.

    • Novare Great North reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
    • The judges’ decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into. All participants agree to be bound by these competition rules.
    • The competition commences from Wednesday, 14 March 2018 and will end on Sunday, 25 March 2018.
    • Prize value and limitation: There will be 1 winner, who will receive a VIP shopping experience to the value of ZMW 5 000. Novare Great North reserves the right to marginally increase or decrease the prize value at its sole and absolute discretion.
    • Entry into competition: Fans of @NovareGreatNorth Facebook page (link: https://www.facebook.com/NovareGreatNorth/ ) must answer the following question: “which store will you shop at first at Novare Great North when we open?” Facebook fans will respond in the comments section of the post during the competition period.
    • Individuals eligible to enter competition: The competition is open to all Novare Great North visitors/ shoppers residing within Lusaka, Zambia. Novare Great North employees, partners, directors, members, agents and consultants of Novare Real Estate, as well as their spouses, life partners, children, siblings, business partners and associates, will not be eligible to enter this competition.
    • The winner will be selected through a random draw.
    • The winner will be contacted via Facebook Messenger on the date of the draw; Monday, 26 March. Winners will be announced on Novare Great North’s Facebook page @NovareGreatNorth https://www.facebook.com/NovareGreatNorth/
    • Novare Great North reserves the right to select another winner in the event of any failed attempts to contact the winner.
    • By entering the competition, the participants/winner gives permission for Novare Great North to photograph/televise/publish winners’ names and photographic images for publicity purposes.
    • Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
